"I’m the therapist at the heart of Wild Embers Counseling

Becoming a therapist has been the greatest privilege and joy of my life. It’s not just something I do, it’s something I care about deeply. When people work with me, they often notice a sense of warmth, authenticity, and genuine curiosity in the room.

I specialize in relational, identity-affirming therapy for young adults and adults navigating identity exploration, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, and self-trust.

Therapy with me is relational, honest, and attuned to your nervous system.

This is a space where we can slow things down and get curious together about what’s really going on beneath the surface.

We will laugh together, feel together, and be real together.

Whether slow, fast, or somewhere in between, we’ll move at a pace that lets your nervous system relax so your full, true self can emerge."
