On Demand Access
Participants will retain access to the on-demand course for a minimum of one year following the course release date.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Refunds (for live programs):
- A full refund may be requested up to two weeks after the date of the live event.
- Refunds available only if CEs have not been provided
On-Demand Programs:
- A full refund may be requested within two weeks of the purchase date.
- Refunds available only if CEs have not been provided
If Garden Space Counseling PLLC cancels the event, participants receive a full refund or may transfer to a future program.
Attendance Verification
Attendance Verification
Live Webinar (Synchronous)
Attendance will be verified using one or more of the following:
- Zoom attendance report
- Periodic engagement check-ins
- Completion of program evaluation
Participants must attend 100% of instructional time to receive credit
On-Demand (Asynchronous)
Completion will be verified through:
- Full video viewing (platform completion tracking)
- Submission of post-course quiz with minimum 80% passing score
- Completion of program evaluation
Grievance Policy
Garden Space Counseling PLLC – Grievance Policy
Garden Space Counseling PLLC is committed to high-quality continuing education. Participants who have concerns, complaints, or grievances related to course content, instructor conduct, facility/technology issues, or administrative processes may submit a formal grievance.
Grievances should be submitted in writing to:

Grievances will receive a written response within 10 business days and will be addressed through:
- Clarification or resolution with the instructor
- Administrative correction where appropriate and updated materials
- Refund or credit when applicable
- Description of additional steps if concerns remain unresolved
Garden Space Counseling PLLC documents and retains all grievances and resolutions for a minimum of five (5) years.
